The Farm

Shona and her family moved to Vermont in 2006 to fulfill their dream of having an herb farm. Earth Rhythm Herbal is a small farm in central Vermont on 12 acres. The field where our herbs grow began as pine woods. Once her family started clearing land, it was evident that they needed to feed the soil. It took several years of cover crops to cultivate rich soil.

In 2015, the planting of herbs began, including Valerian,  Motherwort, Elecampane, Codonopsis, Calendula, Horehound, Blue Vervain, Skullcap and more. Each summer month more beds are added, and more varieties of herbs are grown. We strive to grow many of the herbs that are used in our herbal products. The latest additions to the garden are Rhodiola and California Poppy.

You can see images of our farm on our blog page, FB or Instagram.

If you are in the area and would like to visit the Earth Rhythm Herbal Farm, please contact Shona to make an appointment.
